I really like the effect created from the longer shutter speed in terms of the water and all. The colours are brought out in a great way, thanks to the high saturation. I think it's great how much the colours contrast, although it doesn't do it harshly, so it's good that it's easy on the eyes in that respect.
Lovely framing and execution, overall.
It would be quite interesting to see this in black and white.
